Celebrating Women: 1st Women’s Moment – Jaupavi

DATE

On March 8th, 2024, Jaupavi had the honor of hosting its first event exclusively dedicated to the women of the company: the 1st Women’s Moment – Jaupavi. Organized by women, for women, the event was a celebration of the strength, resilience, and importance of women in the workplace and in society at large.

During the event, we addressed topics of great relevance to women’s lives, with presentations delivered by skilled and renowned professionals in their fields. Nurse Aline Gonçalves Vanzo Colangelo, from the Gynecological Cancer Prevention Institute at Amaral Carvalho Hospital, provided valuable insights into women’s health, emphasizing the importance of prevention and self-care for a fulfilling and healthy life.

Additionally, lawyer and professor Daniela Rodrigueiro shed light on fundamental issues related to women’s rights, with a special focus on violence against women and the job market. Her presentation was a profound reflection on the challenges faced by women in our society and the importance of continuous struggle for equality and justice.

At the end of the event, we had moments of relaxation and fellowship, with special prize drawings, including relaxing massages, chocolates, and a basket of sweets. The Coffee Break was a moment of unity and sharing among the employees, further strengthening the bonds of friendship and solidarity among us.

As a gesture of appreciation and recognition, all participants took home a special gift. These small gestures symbolize our gratitude and admiration for all the women who are part of the Jaupavi family, and also serve as a reminder of how much each of you is valued and important to us.

The 1st Women’s Moment – Jaupavi was more than just an event; it was a demonstration of our commitment to promoting the well-being and growth of women in our company and in the community where we operate. We will continue to work to create an inclusive, equal, and welcoming environment for everyone, today and always.

Together, we are stronger. Together, we build a better future.
