COMPLIANCE

In business, compliance is the set of disciplines for observing and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards, policies, and guidelines established for the company’s business and activities. In other words, it is the integrity of the company and the pursuit of compliance with codes of ethics and conduct by all company employees.

Our Compliance Committee

The main role of Jaupavi’s Ethics Committee is to ensure the effective application of this Code of Conduct. It is composed of employees who are recruited within the company, act impartially and without bias, and are entrusted with the following tasks:

Evaluate and decide on violations of the Code of Conduct;

Analyze, evaluate the impact of, and decide on cases not provided for in this Code;

Recommend updates to the Code of Conduct;

Enable activities that can improve the "compliance culture".
